Manufacturing Engineer

Due to increased customer interest and company growth, we are looking for a practical and structured Manufacturing Engineer.

You will participate in growing our manufacturing organisation’s capabilities, both technically and operationally, in several global locations.

 

Some of your responsibilities will be

• Developing and maintaining tools and production systems, as well as test and tracking systems

• Manufacturing planning

• Supplier follow-up

• Development and maintenance of assembly and test procedures

• Quality tracking in manufacturing

• Quality Investigations and improvements

You have experience and knowledge in several of these areas:

• Production coordination

• Automation

• Databases and business systems

• Supply chain coordination

 

Your qualification is

• Engineering Degree [preferably Manufacturing Engineering] preferred. Other relevant education (e.g. within supply chain / automation) will be considered.

• Candidates with less formal education but relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience and proven results will be evaluated as well

• You have a good general technical understanding and know how to configure systems including mechanical, electrical and software components

• You are skilled in planning and structuring activities and data
