The Reelwell team consists of engineers with extensive experience in product development within the oil& gas industry and particularly drilling. In addition, the team includes people with broad experience in commercialization of new technology; marketing, economics/finance and project management.

Jostein Aleksandersen CEO & Director | |
| Jostein has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from USA and a Dr.-Ing. in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU). He has more than 25 years of experience from the Oil & Gas industry ranging from Engineering to Offshore Operations, and has held positions ranging from Project Engineer to CEO. Jostein joined Reelwell as Chairman in 2006, and is now the company’s CEO. |

Ola M. Vestavik CTO | |
| Ola founded Reelwell in Stavanger in 2004. He has an MSc in Physics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU) and a Dr.-Ing in Petroleum Engineering from TU Clausthal, Germany. He has more than 25 years of experience in drilling and well operations. Prior positions with Rogaland Research as Project Manager and Research Coordinator, and Statoil as Project Manager and Operations Engineer on- and offshore. |

| Harald has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stavanger University (UiS). He has more than 22 years of experience from various suppliers in the Oil & Gas industry ranging from Engineering to Offshore Operations, and has held positions ranging from Project Engineer to Engineering Manager. Harald joined Reelwell in 2007. |

| Ove has an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Stavanger University (UiS), having 25 years of experience in engineering of drilling equipment and operations. He has experience in project management on new build and modification of drilling & FPSO vessels. Ove joined Reelwell early 2008. |

| Einar has an MBA from Arizona State University and has more than 25 years experience from the oil service industry. He has experience from Middle East, Russia, North America and Europe working for companies such as Schlumberger, Transocean, T.D. Williamson and Bristow. Einar joined Reelwell in 2010. |

Egil Stranden Drilling Operations Manager | |
| Egil has a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Stavanger University (UiS). With more than 16 years experience from drilling operations and -management in Scandinavia, China and Kazakhstan, he has previously worked with project management, directional drilling, LWD, MWD and well-testing. His latest assignment was with Schlumberger. Egil joined Reelwell late 2011. |
